Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and changing bed linens.
- Transport patients to treatment areas and ensure their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment in accordance with hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed.
