Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Support daily living activities and maintain a clean, organized patient environment
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in acute care or senior living
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
