Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Ensure sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Transport patients safely between care areas
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
