Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members
- Document patient observations accurately and timely
- Support patients' emotional and social wellbeing
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic health records
