Position Overview: As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Your role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility, including transferring patients and using assistive devices.
- Document patient care and activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New York.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
