Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient needs are met
- Assist with patient admission and discharge procedures
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
