Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Light housekeeping and medication management per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain open communication with family members and care coordinators
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and patience
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
