Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments or errands.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping to ensure a safe living environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health to the case manager.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or Caregiver preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
