Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and perform chairside assistance
- Manage patient records and digital scheduling systems
- Handle inventory and order dental supplies
- Provide post-op care instructions and patient education
- Ensure operatory cleanliness and optimal workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required (CA license)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital imaging and practice management software
- Excellent chairside manners and patient communication skills
- CPR certification and BLS knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environment
