Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
- Manage patient records and scheduling systems
- Provide chairside assistance during complex procedures
- Educate patients on post-treatment care
- Order inventory and manage supply chain
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- X-ray certification (DANB/RHA preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix)
- CPR certification
