Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments efficiently
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling seamlessly
- Maintain accurate digital dental records
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Dental Assistant certification (DANB or RDA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dentrix software
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
- Ability to manage multiple procedures daily
