Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual nursing assessments and patient consultations via telehealth platforms
- Monitor and document patient health status using electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following telehealth protocols
- Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Respond to emergency calls and triage urgent patient situations remotely
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance for all digital communications
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
