Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Support emotional well-being through active listening and companionship
- Participate in shift reports and team care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
