Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals, document electronic health records, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license with BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and clinical documentation
- Strong critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with adaptability
