Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping duties and errands
- Document care activities accurately and maintain client records
- Transport clients to medical appointments when required
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
