Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Light housekeeping and laundry as needed to ensure a safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
- Administer medications and track daily logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Current California State Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
