Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take prescribed medications on time.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Companionship: Engage in conversation and activities to reduce isolation.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning duties, laundry, and errands.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record blood pressure, pulse, and temperature as directed.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
