Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient vitals, intake, and health history assessments.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure infection control standards.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and referrals to specialist services.
Qualifications
- Current CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification from an accredited body.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using medical software and EMR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient-first mindset.
