Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage calls
- Assist providers with electronic health documentation
- Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
- Administer telehealth support and patient education
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical or remote healthcare experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in virtual settings
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
