Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including injections, EKGs, and wound care
- Assist providers with patient examinations and diagnostic testing
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nursing and specialist teams
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in urgent care/hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility for rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance
