Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and preliminary screenings via telehealth platform
- Assist physicians with electronic health record documentation and data entry
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies for remote procedures
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Ensure HIPAA compliance during all virtual interactions
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication management
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Valid CPR certification
