Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care remotely via telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Perform in-person clinical duties including vital signs, injections, and specimen collection
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and documentation
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to travel to Jacksonville facilities as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
