Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments via telehealth platform
- Accurately document patient histories and clinical data in EHR systems
- Coordinate lab orders, prescriptions, and referrals with providers
- Assist providers during virtual examinations and procedures
- Manage patient education materials and medication reconciliation
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient care workflows
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong telehealth technology aptitude and reliable home setup
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ohio BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
