Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with NY state nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations using evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and electronic health record integrity

Qualifications
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse license (RN) in good standing
- Associates or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner, or similar)
