Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications and prepare prescription orders under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies
- Process insurance claims and handle patient billing inquiries with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Utilize pharmacy software for record-keeping and prescription management

Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or hospital pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in pharmacy dispensing software (e.g., QS1, Rx30)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy regulatory standards
