Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Operate automated laboratory equipment with precision
- Maintain sterile workstations and infection control standards

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital/medical lab setting
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Excellent venipuncture skills for diverse patient populations
- CPR certification required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
