Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Verify patient identities and maintain electronic health records
- Ensure proper specimen handling and transport to laboratories
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience
- CPR/BLS certification from a recognized provider
