Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and NC Board of Nursing regulations
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications
- Active NC RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- Proven proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
