Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients/families on health conditions
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
