Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates considered
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems preferred)
