Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations with precision and empathy
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions per established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years of clinical practice)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and telehealth technologies
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
