Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and support to individuals across all age groups.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and medical history accurately and in a timely manner using EHR systems.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in compliance with hospital safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (New graduates welcome).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
