Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced clinical environments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document medical records accurately and maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
