Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and health equity
