Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse populations in our Level 1 Trauma Center
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic systems
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Mentor new staff and contribute to unit culture excellence
Qualifications
- Active MN RN license (or compact license with MN endorsement)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience in emergency or critical care
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) and TNCC/PALS (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication abilities across diverse patient populations
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
