Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by gathering data, history, and physical exam.
- Perform nursing interventions to promote health, prevent disease, and restore health.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (or obtainable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
