Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy
