Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and support in acute and critical care settings.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed medical documentation.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida or Texas (based on location).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates with strong clinical rotation welcome).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and strict adherence to safety standards.
