Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in critical care and emergency settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care plans
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Valid WA driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
