Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and electronic health records systems
- Supervise nursing assistants and delegate tasks effectively
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- ACLS/BLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
