Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in our state-of-the-art Miami facility
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with secure remote access
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using HIPAA-compliant communication tools
- Respond to critical situations with precision and compassion
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices and treatment plans
- Provide patient education and support to families remotely and in-person
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and weekend shift rotations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty unit
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while maintaining compliance
