Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact license with AZ endorsement)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
