Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid responses
- Precept new staff and mentor nursing students
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 5+ years experience)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
