Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Document patient care plans, outcomes, and any changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized patient care strategies.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and urgent patient needs.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required by the facility.
