Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes in patient condition.
- Document patient care services, assessments, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for all patients.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and treatments.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (travel experience is a plus).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
