Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess and document patient symptoms, medical history, and reactions to treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (New grads welcome).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
