Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments and triage via video call or phone.
- Monitor patient health trends and document accurate medical history in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and wellness strategies.
- Handle emergency triage and escalations according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy laws.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the USA.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Telehealth experience preferred).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients remotely.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
