Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada (NV RN license required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
