Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or compact license with CA eligibility)
- BSN degree or equivalent clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts across day/night rotations
