Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care across diverse medical units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and technologies
- Maintain patient safety standards in all clinical settings
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day/night)
- Pass background and drug screening
